Catherine Stanfield Silman started working in the Real Estate Appraisal industry after graduating from Mary Baldwin College in 2002 and became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2005. Catherine enjoys appraising and is thrilled to have opened the Charlottesville branch of Stanfield and Associates, which was started in 1978 in Norfolk, VA. Having the resources of a company that has been in business for over thirty years gives Catherine a distinct edge in the appraising business.
